  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. white cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 3 to 4 drops green food coloring (to tint)

    Mix all ingredients together, using mixer on medium speed. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, watching carefully after 35 minutes.
