Pistachio Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Mix ingredients in a large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.

    Pour into a greased and floured pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.

    Use either a Bundt or angel food cake pan. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
