- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Mix ingredients in a large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.

2Pour into a greased and floured pan.

3Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.

4Use either a Bundt or angel food cake pan. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
