  • 8 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 pint pistachio ice cream, slightly softened
  • aerosol whipped cream
  • chopped pistachios, for sprinkling

Directions

    Spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce into each of 4 parfait glasses.

    Add 2 half-scoops of ice cream to each and press down gently until the syrup oozes between the chunks of ice cream.

    Top with rosettes of whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachioes.
