Pistachio Pudding Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix (2 layer size)
  • 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water or 1 c. 7-Up
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Blend, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

    Remove and finish cooling on racks.
