- 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water or 1 c. 7-Up
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Blend, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.

3Pour into greased and floured cake pan.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

5Remove and finish cooling on racks.
