  • 13 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 13 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 3 (6 inch) pita bread, halved (try wheat)

Directions

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and salt until blended.

    Stir in turkey, celery and pecans.
