  • 4 to 5 lb. stewing chicken, cut into pieces

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. bow tie noodles, uncooked
