- 2 lb. carrots, sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped finely
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender and drain.

2Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat and mix in carrots.
