- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Add yeast to warm (110°) water in medium size bowl.

2Let stand a few minutes. Stir to dissolve.

3Mix in half the flour, salt and oil.

4Beat until smooth.

5Mix or knead in remaining flour. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

6Divide into 2 parts. Dip fingers into oil and pat out each half of dough onto greased baking sheet, making 11-inch rounds.

7Make edges thicker and brush with oil. Use favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
