Ingredients
- 16 oz regular or Italian sausage
- 3 oz package pepperoni, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cup rainbow rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 15 oz can pizza sauce
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup water, or more if needed
Directions

1In a skillet cook sausage and onions over medium high heat until sausage is done with no pink remaining.

2Break up with a wooden spoon as it cooks so the sausage crumbles.

3Drain fat.

4Add remaining ingredients except for cheeses.

5Bring to a boil, then turn heat to medium low.

6Cover and cook until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7When pasta is done, remove from heat.

8Sprinkle with cheeses and let sit about 5 minutes so cheese can melt
