  • 24 inches pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 lb feta cheese, crumbled
  • 14 cup chopped black olives

    Prepare medium hot fire.

    Brush pita breads on both sides with olive oil.

    Spread pizza sauce on one side of each pita, top with cheese and olives.
