- 1 28 oz. can whole italian peeled plum tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 ground pepper
Directions

11.Pour olive oil into a large skillet and place over med. heat. Using your hands, squeeze squeeze tomatoes to crush them and add them into the olive oil along with the remaining ingredients. Cook over med.-low heat breaking up tomatoes with spoon until sauce is thick. About 40-50 minutes. 2.Pass sauce through food mill fitted with a medium disk, discard seeds and let cool.
