Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground beef tenderloin
  • 2 cans whole tomatoes
  • 2 c. diced Vidalia onion
  • 1 c. diced red pepper
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 6 Tbsp. Tony's hot chili powder
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown meat with 1 cup onion and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Drain tomatoes well; break apart with hand and add to meat mixture.

    Add garlic and remainder of chili powder and onion. After cooking 1/2 half, add peppers.

    Add salt to taste.
