  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • vanilla (optional)

Directions

    In large mixing bowl blend together cake mix, 1 egg and melted margarine.

    Put into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.

    In small bowl blend well the cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar.

    Pour mixture over first layer.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
