  • 1/2 c. salt

  • food coloring (your choice)
  • nonstick spray coating
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 2 chicken breasts (6 oz. each), skinned
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. each: apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. light or dark molasses
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce
