- 2 Tbsp. butter or 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Slowly add polenta to boiling, salted water, stirring constantly, until thickened.

2Cook on top of double boiler, stirring frequently, for approximately 25 minutes.

3Blend in butter or olive oil.
