  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars plum/apple baby food or plum with tapioca if available
  • 1 c. Mazola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans

    Mix first 5 ingredients. Add oil. Mix. Add eggs, mixing in one at a time. Stir in pecans. Bake in Bundt pan at 325° for 1 hour or can be baked in small loaf pans during the holidays for gift giving. Moister if frozen for a day or two.
