  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 small Gerber plum baby food or any baby food
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. red cake coloring
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix first 6 ingredients well. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves and beat into ingredients. Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts and bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or less (until done).
