  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Diced
  • 13 cups Bell Pepper, Diced (Red, Green Or Yellow)
  • 13 cups Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped Fine
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

    Pit and dice the plums into 1/4 inch pieces.

    Combine plums and other vegetables in medium bowl.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar and salt.

    Stir until salt is completely dissolved.

    Pour liquid over the plum mixture and serve immediately.
