Poached Egg - Perfect Every Time

- 2 each Large eggs
- 1/4 cup White vinegar
- 1 small Cup (coffee cup)
- 1 large slotted spoon
- 1 Clean dish towel
Directions

1Fill pot with hot water and add vinegar and 2 pinches of salt.

2Place over high heat with lid speeding up heating water.

3Crack two eggs in the same cup.

4When the water reaches boiling, turn heat down to slow simmer.

5Submerge the cup of eggs Gently into the water.
-
6This keeps them from breaking.
-
7Put the lid on the pot on very low for 30 seconds.

8Then turn the fire Off.
-
9Set your timer for 5 minutes.
-
10Lift the lid after timer goes off.

11With the slotted spoon scoop out the eggs carefully and place them in clean dish towel draining excess water.

12Roll your eggs from the towel to your dish.

13Salt and pepper.
