- 2 Eggs
- 1 Water
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Directions

1Fill pan with 2-3 inches of water.

2Bring the water to a slight boil and add vinegar.

3Crack eggs into a small custard dish or ramekin.

4Dump eggs in very close to the water very gently so it does not break.

5I was panicky about this but it all works out in the end haha.

6Use a slotted spoon to drain water and take them out when they are done.

7Serve with toast and bacon or sausage!
