  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Water
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

    Fill pan with 2-3 inches of water.

    Bring the water to a slight boil and add vinegar.

    Crack eggs into a small custard dish or ramekin.
  4. 4
    Dump eggs in very close to the water very gently so it does not break.
  5. 5
    I was panicky about this but it all works out in the end haha.

    Use a slotted spoon to drain water and take them out when they are done.
  7. 7
    Serve with toast and bacon or sausage!
