- 2 pkg. kielbasa (Hillshire Farms or from Polish market, etc.)
Directions

1Boil kielbasa approximately 45 minutes.

2Remove and let cool. Slice into approximately 1/4 inch slices.

3Arrange on plate and refrigerate 2 hours.

4Serve right off plate.

5Great with ketchup, mustard or your choice of topping.

6Also great for sandwiches on Polish bread.
