- 12 large potatoes
- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 medium onions
- 1 pt. King Sour
- 32 oz. can sauerkraut
Directions

1Cook potatoes and mash.

2Add 1 can of drained sauerkraut. Meanwhile, cook cut up bacon and chopped onion together until almost well cooked.

3Drain, yet keep small amount of liquid.

4To this, add 1 pint of King Sour.

5Simmer and stir until blended. Add to potatoes and sauerkraut.

6It is ready to serve.
