  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 pt. peppermint or mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
  • 1 c. flavored tiny marshmallows

    Place pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.

    Add milk.

    Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Fold softened ice cream into pudding mixture.

    Turn into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Sprinkle marshmallows on top.

    Freeze.

    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
