- 1 whole loin of pork, boneless (6 to 8 lb.), trim off fat
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
Directions

1Put meat on rack in shallow roasting pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.

2Roast pork in moderate oven at 350° for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender when tested with a fork.

3Baste frequently with mixture of soy sauce, catsup, honey and garlic.

4Transfer pork to heated platter; garnish with watercress.
