  • 1 cup fresh yuzu (Japanese citrus) or 1/2 cup each fresh lemon and fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup mirin or 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried bonito flakes

Directions
