  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo

    Grease 8-quart bowl with oleo and fill with unsalted popped corn.

    Allow enough room to mix.

    Mix ingredients in sauce; cook to 250°.

    Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Mix well. Shape with buttered hands into balls.
