  • 2 quarts popped corn
  • 12 ounces salted peanuts
  • 16 ounces plain M&M's plain chocolate candy
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup salad oil
  • 16 ounces miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Melt oil, butter and marshmallows over low heat until melted together.

    Pour M&M's and peanuts in melted mixture.

    Stir in popcorn until all is mixed together.

    Press into greased angel food cake pan and let cool.

    Dump onto a platter and cut.
