- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook ground chuck and onion in a large skillet until browned; drain.

2Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water, mixing well. Simmer for 10 minutes.

3Spoon meat into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Sprinkle with Mozzarella.

5Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.

6Add flour and salt; beat until smooth.

7Pour batter over meat mixture, spreading evenly.

8Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, or until top is puffed and golden brown.

10Serve hot.
