  • 1 pkg. coconut creme instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. butter flavored oil
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed
  • 1 c. hot tap water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend at medium speed for 3 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

    Fill pans half full.

    Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.

    Makes 2 loaves.
