  • 1 (3 1/8 oz.) Royal instant toasted coconut pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/8 or less than 1/4 c. poppy seed
  • 1 c. hot (boiling) water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or done. Can be made in small cupcake pans, regular cupcake pan, loaf pan or Bundt pans.
