  • 1 box Pillsbury butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat 10 minutes.

    Put into well-greased and floured angel food pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350° to 375°.

    Serve with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
