  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 pkg. instant toasted coconut pudding (Royal)
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Club soda
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients on low until blended; then mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    When cool, drizzle a mixture of confectioners sugar and lemon juice over top.

    (Mixture should be thick but runny).
