- 1 pkg. dry yeast (active or quick rise)
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, rolled oats, yeast, sugar and salt.

2Mix well.

3Heat buttermilk, water and oil until very warm.

4Add to flour mixture.

5Blend at low speed until moistened.

6Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

7By hand, gradually add raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and enough flour to make a firm dough.

8Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic (5 to 8 minutes).
