  • 1/2 cups White Rice (not Instant)
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 13 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 15 ounces, fluid Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

    Mix beef, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt.

    celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

    Form into balls.

    Heat a little oil in a hot large skillet with a lid, and brown the outside of the meatballs.

    Mix together the tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire.

    Pour over the browned meatballs.

    Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
