- 15 oz. can tomato sauce with tomato bits
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Directions

1Bake pork roast until very done.

2Cut into string strips and pieces.

3Throw away fat.

4Put in large saucepan with onion and pepper; cook until pepper and onion are soft.

5Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour.
