- 2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large (16 oz. each) cans sauerkraut, drained
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Brown pork in skillet and set aside.

2Spread 1/2 sauerkraut in 2-quart greased casserole.

3Cover with 1 onion.

4Place pork on top.

5Layer onions and sauerkraut on top of pork.

6Pour water over all, cover and bake at 325° for 4 hours.

7Serves 6.
