Pork Chop Stuffing

  • 6 pork chops
  • 4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides and place in baking dish.

    Mix crumbs, onions, butter, 1/2 c. water and seasoning.

    Blend soup with the other 1/2 c. water and pour over stuffing.

    Add stuffing mixture on top of the pork chops and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
