  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 to 3 Idaho potatoes
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel and slice thinly the potatoes and place in a casserole dish.

    Thinly slice onion and pepper and mix with the potato slices.

    Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

    Trim excess fat off the chops and lay chops on top of the vegetables.

    Add milk to top of potatoes.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4.
