- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 to 3 Idaho potatoes
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 green pepper
- milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel and slice thinly the potatoes and place in a casserole dish.

2Thinly slice onion and pepper and mix with the potato slices.

3Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

4Trim excess fat off the chops and lay chops on top of the vegetables.

5Add milk to top of potatoes.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4.
