- 6 pork chops
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. white wine
- 3 Tbsp. chipped parsley
Directions

1Mash butter, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and spread on both sides of pork chops.

2Brown onion in salad oil and then add pork chops; cook until brown.

3Pour wine over chops and simmer 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
