Pork Chops With Dressing

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

Directions

    Trim fat from chops and brown on both sides.

    Place in baking dish.

    Mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

    Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.

    Pour off drippings from pan used to brown chops.

    Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water.

    Heat and pour over chops and dressing.

    Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
