- 1 head garlic (minced)
- 1 kg pork chopped
- 1 can pine apple juice 240ml
- 1 can sliced pine apple 235g
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch ground black pepper
- 1/3 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 slice cooked ham cubed
Directions

1In a pan brown pork from its own fat oil.

2Set aside.

3From the same pan using the oil of pork, saute' garlic until golden brown.

4Remove from pan.

5Set aside.

6Put back the pork and ham then add sugar.

7Stir.

8Pour water simmer it until pork is a bit tender.

9Let the liquid evaporate.

10Pour the pine apple juice in the pork.

11Let it simmer until pork is tender.

12Add salt and pepper according to your own taste.

13Garnish with garlic and sliced cheese when pork is tender.

14Texture should be saucecy not watery.
