- 2 lb. pork liver, cut in cubes
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry liver in fat very slowly; add flour and onion and cook 20 to 30 minutes.

2Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
