  • 2 lb. pork liver, cut in cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

    Fry liver in fat very slowly; add flour and onion and cook 20 to 30 minutes.

    Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
