- 1 pound Navy Beans, Soaked And Drained
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Tomato Juice
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard
- Maple Flavoring (opt.)
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 pieces Bacon, Chopped
Directions

1Combine everything in a pressure cooker.

2(Mine is a 6 qt.

3although I think it would work in a 4 qt.)

4Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

5Lock lid and put weight in place.

6Bring up to pressure (weight rocks gently).

7Cook for 30 minutes.

8Allow to depressurize naturally or use the quick method.

9Beans will appear too juicy at first, but by the next day, they will have absorbed most of the juice.
