- 450 grams pork, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, ginger, mirin in a bowl.

2Add pork slices, marinate for 15 mins or more.

3Heat oil in the skillet.

4Fry pork slices in high heat until slightly browned.

5Do the same in the other side.

6Pour sauce ingredients into the pan and saute until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.

7Remove the pork slices, draining the fat away.
