Pork With Pineapple

- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice pack)
- 1 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips
Directions

1Slice pork crosswise into 1-inch pieces.

2Cook in hot butter 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

3Remove from skillet; cover and keep warm.

4Add undrained pineapple and zucchini strips to skillet.

5Bring to boiling, scraping up brown bits in skillet with a wooden spoon.

6Boil 3 minutes.

7Season to taste with salt and pepper.

8To serve, arrange pork on individual plates and top with sauce.
