- 1/2 loaf Italian bread, soak and squeeze water out
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and parsley in oil.

2Add vinegar, paste, salt and pepper.

3Simmer until blended.

4In bowl, place bread and pour mixture.

5Cool.

6Add 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

7Mix well. Return to hot pan and turn.

8Cool until dry.

9Make sure you can taste vinegar.

10Stuff pork shoulder, turkey, etc.

11Roast/bake as usual.
