- 3 or 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In Dutch oven, place beef and cover with onion mix, mushroom soup and water.

3Cover tightly; bake 3 1/2 hours or until tender when tested with a fork.

4If desired, 1 hour before roast is done add one ten ounce can of water, potatoes, and carrots.
