- 4 or 5 lb. beef roast
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can onion soup
- salt
Directions

1Melt butter in pressure cooker.

2Brown roast on both sides. Salt to taste.

3Pour the onion soup over the meat.

4Slice the onion on top of the meat.

5Add 1 1/2 cups water.

6Cook for about 1 hour at 10 pounds pressure.

7Thicken the gravy with cornstarch.
