- 4 to 5 lb. roast
- 1 can onion soup
- 10 carrots
- 5 large potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Brown roast.

2Add onion soup.

3Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.

4Add carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.

5Cover; cook 1 hour.

6Remove meat and vegetables.

7Thicken gravy with mixture of 1/4 cup flour and water.

8Serves 10 to 12.
