- 3 potatoes, cut and sliced
- 3 carrots, cut and sliced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 to 4 lb. rump or pot roast
- 1/2 c. water or beef broth
Directions

1Put vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.

2Salt and pepper meat, then put in pot. Add liquid.

3Cover and cook on low 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
